Boat Hire
We DO NOT hire Speed Boats, Ski Boats or Jet Skies. Our Motor and BBQ boats are slow speed ( 10 kmp Maxium ) craft intended only as fishing or BBQ enjoyment boats.
Finding Us
It is easy to find us; just enter Echuca Boat & Canoe Hire into Google Maps. We are located north of the Echuca Caravan Park to the right and upstream of the Victoria Park Boat Ramp.
Normal Operating Hours
Normal operating hours are from 09:00 am until sunset.
Bookings
Bookings are essential for all Motor boats ( including BBQ boats, Pontoon boats, and fishing boats ) to avoid disappointment.
Payment
Note: Payment Terms - Cash on the day.
We do not have EFTPOS or Credit Card Payment facilities.
Fishing License
A Current NSW Fishing License is required if you intend to fish in the Murray River. A Current Victorian Fishing License is required if you intend to fish the Campaspe or Goulburn Rivers.We do not supply fishing licenses and/or fishing gear. You will need to obtain the respective license and fishing equipment prior to your arrival.
Motor Boats
Motor Boats are NOT for sking.
Aluminium motor boats carry up to 6 passengers on cushioned seats, protected from the sun with a canopy which can be folded down. These boats are easy to operate and are powered by an outboard motor that will not exceed 10 knots. No boat licence is required. All safety equipment and fuel is supplied. These boats are available in during day light hours only.
Fishing Boats
Advanced notice and bookings are essential for the fishing boats, as these boats are not always available at dock side. Please contact us well in advance to avoid disappointment. A current boat license is required.
Fishing Boats are NOT for sking. These aluminium boats carry up to 4 passengers. These boats are powered by an outboard motor, and all safety equipment is supplied. These boats are available for a minimum 2 Day hire rate.

BARBECUE ( BBQ ) Boats
Bookings are essential for all barbecue ( BBQ ) boats. No boat licence is required. All safety equipment and fuel is supplied. These boats are available during day light hours only.
The ' Barbie ' BBQ boat holds up to 10 people. It has an onboard gas BBQ, table and chairs, ice box and shade canopy. Fuel is provided in the price.
The ' Kenny ' BBQ boat is a larger version, and holds up to 12 people. It has an onboard gas BBQ, table and chairs, ice box and shade canopy. Fuel is provided in the price.

PONTOON Boats
Bookings are essential for all pontoon boats. Minimum 4 ( four ) hour hire rate applies and a current boat licence is required.
A current boat licence must be presented for both the Splash out & Munchie boats.
All safety equipment and fuel is supplied. These boats are available during day light hours only.
Minimum 4 Hour Hire applies
The ' Splash Out ' pontoon boat holds up to 10 people. It has an onboard gas BBQ, ice box and shade canopy. Fuel is provided in the price.
Minimum 4 Hour Hire applies
The ' Munchie ' pontoon boat holds up to 11 people. It has an onboard gas BBQ, ice box, a toilet, and shade canopy. Fuel is provided in the price.

CANOES & KAYAKS
We provide all safety equipment, a water-tight container for your valuables ( watches, wallets, etc.) and a map of the river for reference. All Canoes and Kayaks are available for hire by the hour.
CANOES
Our canoes are available in several different sizes with seating for 2, 3, or 4.
Our 2 seater Canadian Canoes are available in fibreglass or plastic.
Our 3 Seat Canoes will comfortably seat a combination of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

KAYAKS
Our Kayaks come with plenty of inbuilt buoyancy, and are designed to carry one person only.

STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS
Suitable for Adults and children 6 years plus. All paddlers will be provided with buoyancy vests.
Children under 6 years should be closely supervised by an Adult at all times.

CANOE CRUISES TRANSPORT
We drive you upstream, you cruise back. 2-3 hours from Bett's Beach, or a 4-5 hour cruise from Stewart's Bridge.

CAMPANOEING CRUISES
Longer Self Guided Canoe Trips On The Murray River are also available. 'Campanoeing' pricing is based upon per canoe ( 2 person ) or single kayak ( 1 person ), and includes Canoe / Kayak hire, Buoyancy vests, Plastic drums, Dry Bag, River charts, and includes delivery to starting point. Pick-up can be arranged at your cost.
All trips are based on approximately 30 kms/day or 5 - 6 kms/hr. Variations to the displayed trips are possible, we welcome your suggestions.
